We all need physical exercise to maintain health. As our age increase, people tend to be less active because of works and stress. Sports help us to maintain a higher level physical health and fencing is good for both physical and mental maintenance. 



Award winner

Fencing is a sport and its nature includes competition. Competition level veterans fencer meets regularly to practice for fun as well as personal achievement. A well-trained veteran fencer may also look for a higher standard of an award winner accomplishment and quality of living.

 

Veterans Festival
We are planning to organize a festival of the veterans in the future to promote the benefit of fencing and sports for the older age.
